What the scanner messages mean
Already used, too early, refunded and more.
In the check-in app
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Successfully checked in | Good to go |
| Tickets already checked in / All tickets for this order have been checked in | This code was already used |
| Ticket is for a future event | Wrong day, or too early for a ticket with a check-in time limit |
| Ticket is for a past event | The event is over |
| No valid tickets for this order | Refunded or voided tickets |
On the web guest list
You'll see Warning: ticket already checked in for a used ticket. Tickets with a Limit check-in time show Cannot yet check-in when it's too early.
One code can check in a whole order, or each ticket can have its own code (event setting Use individual ticket QR codes).
