Change a date that already has sales
Move the date and take the ticket buyers with it.
- In Dates & Times, click ✎ Edit on the date.
- Change the date. A blue note shows how many orders are on it.
- Leave Move the ticket buyers to the new date ticked.
- Tick Email them their updated tickets if you want them to get new tickets right away.
- Click Save & Close.
QR codes stay the same. For seated shows, choose Keep this seat map on the new date so sold seats stay sold.
Heads up: Only One Time dates can be moved once they have sales. For a repeating date, add the new date and use Move orders to another date.
