Exchange tickets

Change an order's date, time or ticket types.

Find the order and click ⇄ Switch Tickets.
To change the date: pick the New Event Date (or a New Event).
To change tickets: pick new ticket types under Change Tickets.
Click Save and Resend Tickets (or Save).

Staff exchanges don't charge the buyer's card (a swap fee, if you have one, is recorded on the order). Seated orders use Move to another table instead.

Heads up: Orders with a ticket already checked in can't be exchanged.
