Move a party to another table
Swap a buyer to a different free table in the same section.
- Find the order (Find an order) and click the Switch Tickets icon (⇄).
- Click Move to another table.
- Pick the new table. Free tables in the same section that fit the party are listed, same size first.
- Leave Email the customer their updated tickets ticked.
- Click Move party.
The new table is booked first; if someone just took it, nothing changes. The old table goes back on sale and their QR codes stay the same.
Heads up: Not yet supported: a different section or price, an order with more than one table, or anyone already checked in. For those, refund and have the buyer pick new seats, or call us.
