Let buyers switch their own tickets

1. Ask MainGate to turn on ticket exchanges for your account (and set a swap fee if you want one).
2. On the event, in Dates & Times, tick Allow Customer to exchange their ticket(s) for another date/time.
3. Optional: tick Limit swaps within 48 hours to stop swaps in the 2 days before the event.
4. Click Save Event.

Buyers use Add / Switch Tickets in My Tickets. They pay any price difference plus your swap fee. Switching to a cheaper ticket isn't refunded.
