What each role can do
Pick the smallest role that gets the job done.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Promoter Admin | Everything: events, orders, refunds (if allowed), reports, profile, users, email blasts |
| Promoter Assistant | Events, orders (refunds if allowed), check-in, Block Tables, users. No money reports or At a Glance. |
| Customer Service | Find orders, resend and exchange tickets, refunds if allowed. No reports, can't edit events. |
| View Only | See events, orders and reports. Can't change anything. |
| Ticket Scanner | Check-in only (app or guest list) |
| POS Manager | Box office: sell, look up tickets, cash out |
