Refund protection for buyers
Buyers can add refund protection at checkout.
At checkout, buyers can choose a Refundable Booking. If they can't attend for a covered reason, they claim the refund from Ticket RBO, not from you.
- Protected orders show Ticket RBO in your orders list.
- Buyers see a Protected by Ticket RBO link on their tickets to start a claim.
