Promo codes
Codes buyers type at checkout for a discount.
- Open the event → Advanced → Promo and Discount Codes.
- Click + Add Another Coupon Code.
- Enter the Code, # of Uses, Discount and Type.
- Optional: limit it to certain ticket types, dates (Valid From / Valid To) or weekdays.
- Click Save Event.

| Percentage off ticket | 20% off each ticket |
| Dollar off per ticket | $5 off each ticket |
| BOGO Free / BOGO Percent off | Buy one, get one free or % off |
| TOTAL percentage off / TOTAL dollar off | Off the whole order |
Lots of codes at once
Use Upload CSV in the same panel, then Upload Promo Codes. Tick Hide from list after upload to keep the list short.
Codes for every event
My Account → Edit Profile → Global Promo Codes work on all your events.
