- Refunds are decided by the event organizer. Contact them using the info on the event page.
- Bought refund protection? Click Protected by Ticket RBO on your ticket in My Tickets, or email submit@ticketrbo.com, to start a claim.
- Refunds take 3–5 business days to show at your bank.
