The ticket email
What buyers get, and how to add your own text and picture.
After checkout, buyers get Your Maingate Ticket Order with: the event, venue and directions, QR code(s), seats, the order summary, refund protection details and a link to log in.
- No venue address = no QR codes.
- The email includes an Add to Google Wallet button for Android phones.
Add your own text or picture
- Open the event → Advanced → Customize Ticket Email.
- Write your text (parking info, what to bring…) and/or upload a picture (1200 × 500).
- Click Save Event.
