Step into a time gone by and experience a true medieval feast set in the opulence of Canterbury Castle in Lake Orion, MI - where all proceeds will go to the Jay Towers Charity – Jay’s Juniors!
Guests will begin arriving at 6:30 PM to start an evening of feasting and festivities. The banquet will commence at 7:15 where you, our honored guest, will be served a delicious five course feast that is truly fit for Royalty.
Throughout the evening you will experience a variety of entertainment from the Royal Court and Mary Queen of Scots with court jesters, pipers, minstrels, troubadours, and a cast of characters that will fill the court with song and merriment! After your sumptuous repast you can enter into the Royal Costume contest where one lucky courtier has the opportunity to win $100 for the best costume after which one can trip it as ye go, on the light fantastic toe to the music from the Royal DJ. Truly a remarkable and memorable evening all set in the Canterbury Castle in the King Richard Ballroom!

- Royal Piper - June 2nd Highland Piper, Michael McNutt - Mike’s endless talent has been seen and known for the past 14 years from the early days of Tartanic to curating an original style of Viking Warrior Pipes during his 10 years as co-owner/producer/music engineer of the original Cu Dubh
- Royal Piper - June 9th Highland Piper, Caleb has been a Highland piper for 30 years! BagPiper and host of Guinness pub sing at the Michigan Renaissance Festival. Played with Thistle Pipes and Drums back in the 90s and played with countless other bands. His band “The Black House Ceilidh” included artists such as Connor Savage, Judy Frahm (Plester), Ernesto Villareal, and Michael Manderen. He’s played with bands such as Equinox, McSpillan, Roan, Black Jake and the Carnies, and many others.
