What to Expect
FOOD & BEVERAGE
No outside food, drinks, alcohol, or containers permitted. Food and beverages are available for purchase on the deck and are not included in ticket price.
The inside restaurant menu and to-go orders are unavailable 1 hour before or after gates open for any event. No exceptions.
*Full table service is available in Section 100 (seats 100–157) only.
All other sections — 200–600, Star seating, upper and lower balconies, BBQ Hut, Cantina, and the main Outdoor Service Bar — are self-serve.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
For faster, safer entry, the following bag policy applies.
Permitted: Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (max 12" x 6" x 12") · Non-clear clutches, wristlets, or wallets (max 4.5" x 6.5") · Clear one-gallon plastic bags (Ziploc or similar)
Prohibited: Backpacks of any size · Large purses, totes, briefcases, fanny packs, and luggage · Non-clear bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
No on-site bag storage is available. Policies may vary by event — check the event page. Exceptions for medically necessary bags are made after inspection.
WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS
All events are rain or shine. Outdoor concerts are subject to all elements. Shows may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, artist cancellation, illness, or acts of God. If rescheduled, your ticket will be honored at no additional cost. No partial or full refunds or ticket swaps are permitted. If a show is canceled and not rescheduled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
PARKING & DROP-OFF
Ticketed guests entering through the main entrance should continue to the rear parking lot, where an attendant will direct you. Park as close as possible to adjacent vehicles.
For drop-off and pickup, use the circle drive in front of the restaurant. Walk through the iron gate to your right, past the Cantina, to the ticket entrance for your wristband. Return to the same area for pickup after the show.
TICKETS & CHECK-IN
Everyone entering the deck and concert area must have a ticket. Wristbands must be worn and visible at all times. Tickets may be purchased at 2920Roadhouse.com or, when available, at the door. Please research the artist beforehand to ensure the content is appropriate for you and your guests.
RESTROOMS
Located across the drive, beside the deck.
SMOKING
Smoking is permitted anywhere outside and on the deck. Cigars are available for purchase. Please be considerate — if asked, step outside the rail to smoke.
CHILDREN & PETS
We are family- and pet-friendly. Do not leave minor children or pets unattended at any time. Leashes are required for pets (and some children).
DRESS CODE
Clothing required at all times. We are an outdoor venue — check the weather and dress accordingly.
DECORUM
No swearing, spitting, fighting, or nudity. Do not stand or sit on railings or tables. Do not move tables, chairs, fans, or heaters. Do not obstruct others' view.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All events are rain or shine. Once an event begins, all ticket purchases are final — no refunds. If a show is postponed, tickets will be honored for the new date. If canceled and not rescheduled, only the ticket face value will be refunded; service fees, insurance, and processing fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing on the website within 7 days of the date on the ticket.
