What to Expect
SAFETY & SECURITY
Backpacks, Large Purses, and Totes are not permitted. Small handbags only. Please adhere to Law Enforcement and Security commands.
WEATHER
All events are rain or shine. Unfortunately, we do not control the weather. Outside Concerts are subject to ALL the elements, Rain, Heat, and Cold. Other factors such as artist cancelation, sickness, death, and acts of God can affect show times, dates, even cancellations. When possible, shows will be rescheduled. Your ticket(s) will be valid at no additional cost to you for the rescheduled date. NO partial or full refunds or ticket swaps are permitted. In the event a show is canceled and NOT rescheduled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded to you.
PARKING
All Ticked Guest, when entering through the main entrance, please continue to the rear parking lot behind the restaurant where a parking attendant or officer will direct you to a parking space. Note: Please park as close as possible to the vehicle next to you.
DROP OFF/PICKUP
All drop off/Pickup use the circle drive in front of the restaurant. Walk through the rod iron gate to your right and proceed past the Cantina to the Ticket Entrance to obtain your wrist band(s). Note: Return to the Drop Off Area to be picked up after the concert.
TICKETING & CHECK IN
ALL entering the deck and concert area must have or purchase a ticket. The wristband must be always worn in clear sight. Tickets may be purchased online at Outhousetickets.com or when available at the door.
Note: Before you purchase a ticket, please do your own research on the artist to determine if the content of the show is appropriate for you and your guests.
FOOD and BEVERAGE
No outside food, drinks, alcohol, or containers allowed on premises.
Food and beverages are available on the deck and are not included in the ticket price.
Full Table Service is available in the 100 section (ticket numbers 100 thru 157) ONLY.
Sections 200 thru 600, Star seating, Upper and Lower balconies at the BBQ HUT and Cantina when operating,
and at the main Outdoor Service Bar are SELF SERVE .
RESTROOMS
Restrooms facility is across the drive by the side of the deck.
SMOKING
We have a great selection of cigars for your smoking pleasure. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside and on the deck. Please be considerate to those around you and when asked please step outside the rail to smoke.
CHILDREN AND PETS
We are a family and pet friendly establishment. Pets and Children up to 6 years of age and under enter free. Seating is not provided by 2920 Roadhouse.
Note: Do not leave minor children or pets unattended at any time. A leash is required for pets and some children.
DRESS CODE
Clothing always required.
We are an OUTDOOR rain or shine venue, please check the weather report and dress accordingly.
DECORUM
NO SWEARING - NO SPITTING - NO FIGHTING - NO NUDITY
NO Standing or Sitting on the railing or tables.
DO NOT move tables, chairs, fans, or Heaters.
DO NOT Obstruct the view of others.
